These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PromptMyClaude.com (the "Service"), operated by Prompt My AI, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PromptMyClaude provides an AI-powered prompt improvement tool. Users submit prompts intended for large language models, and the Service returns rewritten or critiqued versions. The Service is delivered through subscription plans (Solo, Crew, Agency, Enterprise) and includes a free one-time trial per visitor.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access paid tiers, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account sharing is not permitted for individual plans (Solo). Team plans (Crew, Agency) permit seat sharing within the seat limit defined by that plan.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in U.S. dollars via our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription, no questions asked. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, email saasy@promptmyclaude.com from the address associated with your account.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then and are not billed again.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
Taxes: Prices exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes, which we collect and remit where required by law.
Each plan includes monthly and daily rewrite quotas. Exceeding these quotas will temporarily block further requests until the next billing period or day begins. Quotas are set to prevent abuse and to keep pricing sustainable; we may adjust them with reasonable notice.

Our IP: The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user prompts), is owned by Prompt My AI, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your Prompts: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the rewritten outputs returned to you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your prompts through the Service (including sending them to third-party AI providers such as Anthropic) for the purpose of providing the Service.
Feedback: Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you submit may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
The Service generates output using third-party language models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
The Service uses third-party providers including Anthropic (AI models), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (data storage), and Clerk (authentication). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTMYCLAUDE, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt My AI, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you submit.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) shall continue in effect.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
