We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts to train AI models. We do not share your prompts with anyone outside the specific third-party AI providers required to fulfill your requests.
We share information with the following third-party service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
We do not share your personal information with any other parties except: (a) to comply with legal process (subpoena, court order); (b) to protect the rights, safety, or property of PromptMyClaude, our users, or the public; or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified before your data is transferred.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Our legal bases for processing include: (a) performance of a contract (providing the Service you subscribed to); (b) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, quota enforcement); (c) consent (email communications).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted secrets management, and access controls on backend systems. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and any relevant authorities as required by law.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Our servers and service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. Where required for EU/UK residents, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
